The General terms and Conditions of the Hotel industry apply.
The guest registration agreement is binding once the room is confirmed and made available.
Cancellations made 14 days before arrival date will incur no cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or a non-arrival will incur cancellation charges, these being the rate agreed at time of booking, less 20% for expenses not incurred by the hotelier.
